1.	What is the software key?
		The software key comes with every new purchase of a dyno.  It protects us in one way, you can not collect data without it.
		That does not prevent you from using the software in every other way, like graphing, printing, viewing data, you just can 
		not collect new data.  

2.	Can I put the software on my laptop to look at data later?
		Yes.  Put the software on as many computers as you want.  Get it free from our website.  Put your collected data on your
		company server, so that people in the need can download it and view it at their need.	

3.	What is the deal with the software?  Are updates free?  How do I get them.
		Updates are put on the website when available.  We will make an announcement on the front page and direct you to downloads
		tab for the latest version.  They are completely free within a given version.  If you own a copy of Shock 6, you can get 
		free updates until we make the next major release like Shock 7.0.  We currently keep on one version for 4 years.  Now, 
		that does not mean that when we come out with a brand new version you have to update, do it when you are ready.

4.	What kind of service do you have?
		We have phone service on any work day.  Call in to the shop, ask for the service department and a trained technician 
		will help you.  There are no annoying message boards or keyed entries to get some where in the company, you will talk 
		to a real person.  The nice thing is that if the person you are talking to can not solve the problem, the company is 
		small enough that he can quickly find someone that knows the answer.
		We can also come directly to you if we can not solve the problem over the phone.

5.	How about training?
		Training is always free if you come to our facility.  It lasts about 2 to 4 hours and if you need more, we can continue.  
		The real truth is you will be able to run the dyno and collect data within 5 minutes.  The rest of the time is really 
		spent talking about what you are seeing in the graphs.  It becomes more of a shock training class than a dyno using 
		class.  If you get the right trainer, you can bench race until someone wins.

6.	How many people can I bring?
		We have trained up to four at any one time.  We can accomodate a larger group if need be.  Call for specific questions.

7.	What if you come to our facility?
		We charge for travel costs, like air fare, hotel, rental car, per diem and travel time.  The time we actually train is free.  
		The 2VS has a charge of $360.00 as well, the other units do not.
		We really want you to know how to use the machine.  It makes you a happier customer in the end.

8.	What if down the road, someone leaves and we hire a new person.  Can you train them as well?
		Yes.  Same rules apply, if they come to our facility, training is free.  Again, we want you to be able to run the machine.  
		That is our best way to keep you as a customer.

9.	If I need help understanding a shock graph can I call for help?
		Yes.  Actually, it helps to e-mail the file to us so we can look at it.  This way we can talk to you as we examine it 
		together.  We have people from all types of racing back ground as well as industry.  Someone here will be able to help.

10.	Do you have any information on the website about shocks?
		Yes.  There are two sections, the Downloads and the Technical Info section.  We write papers on shocks, explain software 
		features and help answer questions that we tend to hear often.  If you have a particular question that you think would 
		make a good paper, e-mail us and maybe we can write an analysis of it for you.
