If the dyno completes the test but the graph is missing we need to check each collected channel. With a data file open click the F7 button on your keyboard in order to open the signal vs time graph. A window will ask you to select a channel, select DISPLACEMENT. Check each channel and compare with the pictures below

A typical Displacement vs Time graph will be a complete sine wave.

The Force vs Time graph will have a different shape depending on the damper tested but should be a complete cycle. (start and end about the same force)

Velocity again will be a full cycle.

If any of these channels are a flat line or incomplete wave form, then there is a problem with that channel. Inspect the dyno for damaged or disconnected sensor wires. If no problem is found contact REI tech support.

   All the channels are collecting data but the lines look jagged.
