If the LED light is not lit, the data card has no power. This is a lack of connection between the data card and the computer. Close the Roehrig program, unplug the USB data cable then plug it back in. Reopen the program and see if the light is lit. If light remains off, close the program again then plug the USB cable into a different USB port. Again open the program and see if the light comes on.
