If the motor fails to start when you click START TEST, the program will open an error message window. Read the error message carefully, many times the cause of the failure will be listed in the message.

If the message says an E-STOP error, check to see if the E-Stop button is depressed. To reset the button turn 1/4 turn (to release button) then turn off the power to the inverter until the keypad screen goes blank. Turn power back on and you should be ready to test.

 MOTOR START error, or no error, follow the following steps.

Check all cable connections as described in the HELP WITH CABLING section on the main page.
