If the red light in the USB key is not on when the key is plugged in there is a problem with the Key, Key drivers, or USB port. Close the program, un plug the key and plug it into a different USB port.

If this is a new software install their may be a problem with the driver install. Uninstall the program, run the REGCLEAN  utility that can be found in the TOOLS folder on the program disk and re-install the software. If this is a dyno and computer that had been operating properly and then stopped with no changes to the computer, or the key still is not lit after trying another port call REI tech support before uninstalling the software. 800-735-7265
