If we are sure we have good power to the dyno next we need to check if the data card is sampling. With the program open Look at the LED light on the top of the dyno next to the USB plug for the USB data cable. This light should be lit red if a DT data card or green if a PMD data card. If the light is lit open the Perform test window. with the perform test window open the light should be blinking. If this dyno has a PMD data card make sure the data cable is plugged into the data port. DT data cards are wired internally so the data cable port is empty.
