Troubleshooting Manual

There is three ways to use the interactive manual.

Select a defined problem of the list on the left side of the page, check the quick check menu or follow the steps at the bottom of the page to walk through a diagnosis tree.

The test icon is grayed out when you attempt to go to the test window.

My dyno starts the test but at some time during the test I get a "dyno has timed out error" or the dyno starts but just keeps running at a slow speed.

Dyno performs test and stops at BDC but graph is missing or looks incorrect

Motor starts but actuator shaft is not moving or actuator is skipping or jumping (crank type dyno)

Before using the troubleshooting buttons check these items to locate simple problems

IS THE SOFTWARE KEY PLUGGED IN?

ARE BOTH POWER PLUG CONNECTED?

ARE ALL CABLES PLUGGED IN CORRECTLY?

DYNO IS IN DEMO MODE
