Next check the MOTOR and DATA CARD buttons at the bottom right corner of the main screen in the REI software. Both buttons should be lit. If a button is grayed out (such as the DATA CARD button in our picture) the software has a problem in that area. If these buttons are not displayed on your screen, go to the VIEW pull-down menu and select STATUS BAR.
