SOFTWARE WILL ONLY OPEN IN DEMO MODE

During software installation of the software the program will prompt you to insert the key, if you did not plug the key in or the program was installed in DEMO mode you must uninstall the software and reinstall it, inserting the key when ask.

If you open the test screen and the software prompts you that you are in demo mode.

1-Make sure the key is plugged into the computer. There are two types of keys, a USB key (green plastic for Shock 6 Red plastic for Shock 5) or a Parallel port (white plastic. If the key is missing close the program install the key and restart the program.

2-If the key is plugged in make sure the LED light in the key is on. If no key is on un plug the key and plug into a different USB port. (parallel port keys have no light)

3-If the key is plugged in and the light is on. Reopen the program, click the HARDWARE menu at the top of the page. A warning will come up click YES. The next page will list the motor type. If only DEMO motor is listed the software was installed in DEMO mode or the software can not see the key. uninstall the program and reinstall inserting the key when ask.
